In case people haven’t noticed, the stock market is beginning to crack under the weight of the Trump tariffs. Stock market investors are starting to realize that the party is over and that it’s going to get pretty bad from here. A market correction of 20-50% is not unrealistic in the next 6 months. I expect there will be a flight to companies that can provide some stability and consistent dividends during a period of stagflation. It’s been reported that Trump himself has recently invested around $100 million in tax-free municipal bonds. That should tell you something right there.
