Next New Concept, Inc. supposedly with a 100s of $Million$ dollar Ivory Coast development, however by Next New Concept, Inc.‘s own word (in its own SEC filings) claims it is a $0 revenue company.

Next New Concept, Inc. doesn’t have any money.

Therefore, without any money, Next New Concept, Inc. is 100% able to purchase Xeriant’s non-existent Nexboard and its non-existent Retacell products; as Xeriant has neither.

These guys are scammers.
