1: Purpose of the recent dilution – Was this increase in outstanding shares related to debt settlements, financing, or another operational necessity?

A: We will be providing a detailed breakdown during our investor call in the coming days. The proceeds are almost exclusively used for immediately value accretive acquisitions.
