Not much has changed since Coretec announced last year that they were acquiring DKME Co., Ltd. (KIB Plug Energy), other than getting rid of the D preferred shares off Coretec's books (which is a good thing) and creating DKME Inc., which Coretec Group is all over and moving the DKME Co., Ltd. shares from Coretec to DKME Inc.

We know Coretec Group likes to control or own 80% of a company. To acquire the other 80% of DKM Co., Ltd., Coretec needs to come up with another $70 to $80 million if they pay the same amount per share as they paid for the other 23%.

If this is their plan, it makes me hopeful that Endurion battery technology will be licensed/commercialized.
