Great. It is about time they came out of the closet!!!!

There has been some foundation building going on here for a while, now they are ready for the limelight.

Personally, I think they are very close to filing the S-1 to go onto the OTC.
Although the SEC does drag it's heals on name changes this is not one of those, it is a solid young company about to get lunched into the big world.

Still not putting a timeline on this one, too much potential with a 700k float, but my 10k bid GTC at .25 is now useless.
