Gary, I have the same problem with it showing up at intervals of 2-3 years between. My solution has been using heat patches 24 hrs. per day until its
gone. it usually takes 7-8 days and i'm good for another couple of years. Again I wear the patches until they start to cool down and I change
about 4 times per day. Works for me. Good luck
