This is great post. My issue is did we complicate the whole process to expand the treatment beyond GBM by increasing the number of pages like 1.7 mil page. Who in right mind will do that to an agency and expect 150 days turn around. Look SMMT with almost $20 bil MC. Look at our pathetic performance in last couple of years. I don't give a damn about the court case. I am only interested in Approval.
