$RDAR But that is the exact problem. They don't have the money to do it.
They haven't even bothered to solidify their past financials.
They claimed a gross profit but won't release the net numbers, that begs the question, were they even profitable?
Still, any shares bought back would increase the price, retail would push it up and the buyback would become unaffordable.
The company's only real solution would be a r/s which in my opinion, will happen eventually.
