This is not a SONG. Non shareholders have a hard time grasping the fact that CEO/Custodian has common shares here.

Scammers like you keep bringing up that Jake owns shares. It's a con tactic and a weak argument.

Jake has common shares with SONG too. That didn't stop him from doing his illegal 3(a)(10) massive dilution scam and implement a 500,000 for 1 reverse split that wiped out shareholders.

Jake destroyed shareholder value just like he's doing here at BCAP. Jake is planning to do the very same thing he did at SONG here. That's Jake's scamming MO (and yours is to create bagholders with your pump and dumps).

It's like swimming in a tank with sharks while bleeding - if Jake doesn't take your money then Lime Time will by perpetrating his pump and dump schemes.

Like all of Lime Time's pump and dump picks that he lies in order to create his bagholders - nothing will come of his pump and dump scam here because Jake P. Noch doesn't know how to run a company (allvhe knows how to do is scam people out of their money) and now that the cat is out of the bag - he also can't seem to run this scam.anymore - too many people have become aware of his scams. His scams are even brought up on other boards as a cuationary tale about fraudsters.
