Yep, It's been that way since Telvantis took over. I've made a money on tickers that were nothing but one unexecuted LOI after another, no product on the market and no revenue, but had valuations of 20 million dollars or more.
Market Makers gobble up a lot of shares when we bottom at trip 5 or 6 to put in their stash and are selling their own shares at 13.
Just my opinion, but who else would be selling at these levels knowing what this company is going to do.
