The simplest, most obvious answer is always the correct one when it comes to NWBO. When the website went down and someone reported receiving an email from the IR guy saying they were doing a "system update," the fanboys and fangirls immediately jumped to conclude that they were overhauling the website with news about MHRA approval and spectacular plans to take over and dominate the world of cancer treatment. Of course, it turned out they had just forgotten to renew the website security certificate, even after receiving probably 50 notifications telling them it was about the expire. Just amazing.
