Maybe I missed it but don't think the company said they would be releasing any news this week. They said there would be a BOD meeting to discuss a possible preferred share dividend and expediting the merger. Some here have sold the idea that there would be a decision made by the end of the meeting and we would hear about it by today. The Company never said what day this the meeting would be held. Just maybe the meeting wasn't held until yesterday or maybe even today.
There is also no guarantee they will do the dividend even if they discuss it during the meeting.
