Having talked with Wilson in the past, I don't expect him to be selling. Last I corresponded with him, which was a couple months ago, he hadn't sold any of his shares and didn't sound to me like he planned to. The filing is not saying that he is selling. It is replacing his name as an individual from the initial list of selling stockholders from the original filing back in 2018 with his trust given he transferred his shares into it back in 2021. Not sure why this supplement is being filed so late.

I'm any event his shares are registered for resale, but it does not mean he is selling. Just that he can if he wants to.
