Why don't you try a Google search if you want. Deals don't happen because there's a reason Biotech's are in the OTC -- fewer regulations, lighter audits, shadier managements. Just look how much shareholder cash NWBO has burned over years. Only doing finance deals with shady vulture funds. 12 years to execute a P3 trial is ridiculously long. Lousy management including a top exec from ENRON -- how's that for a red flag????
