Very true, and the frustration is understandable. But rules are rules, and that cuts both ways. NWBO is not required to announce an FDA submission unless it chooses to. And based on everything currently available, they have not broken any.

Disregarding the veracity of this statement, you still have failed to give any reasonable explanation as to why NWBO would not announce this.

It is wildly positive, would boost the share price, would encourage investor confidence, it advances all of their goals, and every other public company in the history of the world has announced their BLA/FDA applications so it certainly isn't risky or violating any procedural understandings with the RA.

So why is NWBO choosing to do this in secret?

Here's a hint: they aren't. And they haven't.
