I meant to add that I was a bit distracted from ARDX tonight as I had my disaster du jour (the unstated perils of diversification) with CRSP.  Their earnings beat expectations although they are not at a stage yet to make any money but no danger of dilution. Most of it I think relatex to a poor report from major partner VRTX.  I thought the road here was clear as an insider bought a ginormous amount of stock a few weeks ago.  Oh well.
