You're right if the Biotech conferences are still being run, you can pay to present there, though it's been so long since I've seen one announced I don't know if they still exist. Brokerages and Institutions invite people to present at their conferences; you don't just walk in and present.

I believe the company is in a quiet period which should end when the UK acts. They may be able to speak about certain things, but any conference would attract questions about the status of the approval process and the company would be embarrassed about saying they can't discuss it at this time.

I believe that much will be revealed in the not to distant future after UK action, I can wait.
