The Kovar Koffin days. Even you have to admit we nailed that one, but yes it did take a while, finally put the nail in that coffin 2 weeks ago with ALD, and set the nails a few orders of magnitude deep and guess who owns those Patents and IP for ALD applied to Silicon Photonics to protect Polymers?
