Very few will get this, but you of all people did not understand any of this while you were invested in Lumera, all that you did here in your posts was to try and project their flawed chromphore issues on Lightwave. We told you to grab a pair of polarized sun glasses to see the flaw. You didn't and rode that into the dirt. Of course you don't have to have a working device to file a patent but that entity does need to document how, duh.
