The problem with doing the preferred share dividend and having the stock price go NOWHERE because there isn't a huge NSS position is obvious - and is precisely why Linda is not performing it.

DBMM luckily avoided revocation (with a GIANT helping hand from the Lucia V. SEC ruling allowing DBMM the time it needed to catch up on YEARS' worth of delinquent filings!). ANOTHER giant helping hand was given by the SEC itself (admitting " a control deficiency related to the separation of enforcement and adjudicatory functions within our system for administrative adjudications") when dropping the OIP.

Those two events were the leading factors that led DBMM to where it currently sits - trading normally on the OTC PINK tier.

Ever since then, it has been "business as usual" for DBMM. Linda has continued to promise the world and deliver almost ZERO of any promises regarding the success of DBMM's business. Well over two years since getting by the SEC, it sits sub penny, in debt and profitless for every 10K it has EVER published. There is NO "growth". In fact, DBMM (Digital Clarity) has clearly lost revenue and DBMM just published one of its worst 10Q financial reports since acquiring Digital Clarity.

I believe that Linda is quite aware that many current investors owning DBMM stock are convinced there is a giant naked short share position in DBMM. She knows that this belief (and a future "squeeze") is the only reason why many of them are still holding their position (they certainly aren't holding in light of any company business performance!). I also think that she knows that the NSS position in DBMM is an outright fantasy. I believe she knows that any attempt to expose such a position will only expose the LACK of any naked short shares. She knows that once this fantasy is exposed, millions upon millions of shares will be quickly DUMPED. The share price will crater.

THAT is why I believe that we will continue to wait for Linda to perform any action to "expose" any NSS position. She KNOWS what will happen.

I'm convinced that 6 months... a year..... two years from now will show NO action from Linda Perry in regard to any effort to "expose" some sort of NSS position.

Let's wait and see.
