OTC stock runs are usually driven by fickle Penny Stock traders, many of whom could care less about IDE or Radiogel being approved, so this talk about "insider knowledge" is baseless bunk.

The PPS cratered because Traders/Flippers bought in anticipating high volume and volatility due to IDE and dumped when it was converted to a pre-submission application because the potential to make quick $$ evaporated.

That situation was as basic as it gets when it comes to capitalizing on a MOMO play.
