Using your logic, the price went from around 22 cents to 15 cents a roughly 30% drop, which to me is significant.

Then after IDE being pulled, it went from .15 cents to around 0,08 cents a roughly 50% drop.

Some might say they are both big drops, both before and after and together, obviously a very big drop.

I have no idea if there was any insider knowledge.
