It's amazing the skill that bashers have in creating doubt.

Only 99.99% are seeing tremendous benefit, but the .01% patient got a terrible migraine headache so clearly this can't be approved.

I'm exaggerating, but bashers throw out everything but the kitchen sink in saying products will fail.
