I'll just add that previous management and possibly board were supposed to participate in the rights offering in 2020. Had they, they would have had significant cost basis right now after the 100:1 & 200:1 reverse splits in regards to the preferred...
Had i known this was a thing I would have done things differently obviously. However I was ignorant of this until the stock i just mentioned.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at basic data?
Is it an exercise to create forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
