Maybe coincidence, but Sintx and NP Aerospace are releasing news fairly close together including both releasing news on May 15th and July 21/22nd respectively. Other PRs are about a week from each other. Even their websites are similar in design. Sintx has still yet to unload industrial division/armor. Thus something could still be in the works between these two companies. Yes Sintx Armor is shutdown, but it can easily be brought back online.
Sintx could easily blend well into NP composite division due to certain complimenting businesses like cancer beds (NP Aerospace) and cancer treatment (Sintx/NedMedical). Obviously Sintx Armor fits well with NP Aerospace and i believe the companies, were at one time at least, working together on female specific armor together.
Despite claims of Sintx focusing on Medical, and it is, its still developing armor products.

Therefore, we are developing new manufacturing technologies and new product candidates including our new ceramic armor products.

We expect to incur additional research and development costs as we continue to develop new medical devices, industrial and ceramic armor products, product candidates for antipathogenic applications, and other products which may increase our total research and development expenses.
