Again, inferred, not confirmed. MHRA doesn’t publish phase transitions. The start of labeling is opaque unless the company discloses it.
That Flaskworks validation and QP sign-off are already resolved
There is no public documentation confirming Flaskworks is approved as a Qualified Point-of-Care site under the new SI 87 framework. Operating “under SI 87” doesn’t necessarily mean full MHRA validation of Flaskworks for commercial use.
That 2–4 weeks is the full expected labeling duration
Possible, but not guaranteed. Some ATMPs require longer labeling discussions, especially if manufacturing or administration protocols are complex (e.g., EDEN units with decentralized QP oversight).
That the company and MHRA are fully aligned and moving without strategic delay
