This sort of slight of hand/misdirection is why Sintx management is not trustworthy. This was done before the new board so who knows if the current board would allow this. However I believe Sintx purposefully interweaves a PR announcing two patents together that, in essence, downplays the more "revolutionary" "breakthrough" in technology with "wide ranging" applications of the two patents.

December 17th, 2024 Sintx releases this PR:

Take note of how this patent allowance is played up because you will not see that in the follow-up PR.
February 17th, 2025 Sintx releases the follow PR:

First off the headline is for a completely different patent than what is referenced in the Press Release. The heading goes with patent # 12162807. Meanwhile the patent specifically referenced in the PR was patent # 12239761.

The PR in Dec used the term significant in regards to milestone, yet the Feb PR says its key milestone. There is a big difference between key and significant.
In the Dec. PR, the patent protects a revolutionary method, while the Feb PR says it merely strengthens Sintx portfolio.
In the Dec. PR the patent is considered breakthrough technology for adhering Si3n4 to various substrates. Meanwhile in the Feb PR, it is considered a novel advancement.

Reading the tone of the Feb PR, what is said, outside of paragraphs 1, 4, is the type of language that you'd expect to see in regards to the patent the heading refers to; a patent allowance for which they announced September 9th, 2024.

So you have to ask yourself why would Sintx mgmt do this? Why would it hide/interlace their "significant", "revolutionary", &"breakthrough" patent behind/within a press release for a novel patent that merely strengthened their patent portfolio? One potential answer has to do with helping keep the stock price lower and not attract attention; which enhances their ability to control/manipulate the stock price.
