sorry beartrap12, but this theory has been floated before. The theory that shareholders would not approve buying a company with such low SP. I never bought into that. Also, why would merck continue to let NWBO dilute its shares? Thats why this whole thing doesn't make sense. dc-vax study with keytruda reportedly showed amazing results. Keytuda patent expiring in 2 1/2 ears. New plant being built around keytruda. Merck buying other related companies. Former worker for Merck leaving to go work for nwbo, only to leave and go back to merck. LP has said partnering with other BP.
One day I swear there will be a B/O, the next day I swear there won't be. It makes perfect sense, until you see the dilution and fall in SP
