Ex, I'd agree with all you're saying with the exception of the possibility of NWBO being told under Orbis to apply to the UK, because they have the small but acceptable commercial production facility.

If that were done under Orbis, the application would really be one that would be evaluated by all the regulators involved with the agreement.

I'm not suggesting that this is the case, only that it's a possibility. I'm not aware of any approval coming through Orbis yet, perhaps there have been, but if not, could this be the first.

I don't believe they ever intend to say this is an Orbis filing because if the regulators don't agree, they don't want to say it failed. By never saying something is an Orbis filing they would never have to say the different regulators could not agree.

Approved products in one country generally will spread worldwide if the benefits are truly being seen. If benefits aren't seen, it's doubtful the product will be a financial success, and doubtful its approval will spread very far.

I believe that under Orbis a company will do what they're told to do and if that is to file with the UK, that's what they'd do.
