You said it well. What we thought is delay, actually strategic. You are right, imagine if Nwbo got approval a day too early before SI 87 was in force? We thought as a big win but actually a huge huge loss. SI 87 changed all that equations. SI 87 is a blessing to innovations. Innovations can move fast. Regulatory red tape is no longer a huge hurdle. SI 87 also levels the playing fields. Previously, only those with big budget can move along. Today even small companies with limited budget can play too if the results is that good.
On top all of that, SI 87 is absolutely great for the patients, their Doctors, hospitals, and UK.
