To each thier own, they should have had this in place before submitting to EMA, with a simple communication. They instead waited until the end of the clock stop, after they recieved questions and had time to develop responses. Arguably, this could give them insight on what the ask is. I don't disagree with the need for this funding, only the timing, again.
