NICE did not say they are waiting on NWBO. NICE said NWBO is not yet in a position to submit an evidence package. NWBO has not been in a position to submit an evidence package for the past 10 years. Nothing has changed. The reason NWBO isn't in a position to submit an evidence package is not known. Could it be because they are waiting on final label? Yes. Could it be myriad other reasons? Also yes. Therefore, NWBO not being in a position to submit an evidence package does not mean as a matter of fact they are in labeling.
And again, NICE never said they are waiting on NWBO and not the regulator. Stop making up quotes that never happened.
When NICE says the company “is not yet in a position to submit,” it indicates the handoff has already occurred.
