Then they will explain the numbers that show how much MORE they OWE (liabilities) than what they OWN (assets). That can be found in the balance sheet. Then they will make you aware, that due to all those years of losing money they have accumulated year after year, of a deficit of over $40,000,000. They will also tell you there are over $12,000,000 note/loan liabilities that have all come due but are unpaid thus remain on the books year after year. They will also inform you that there are over 25 BILLION shares outstanding, thus limiting your percentage of ownership.
So due to that comprehension disability virus, please get some help to explain WHY this company is trading at and near ----- ROCK BOTTOM.
