I’m full of ideas (or something) tonight……this relates to Apple as a “God Figure” in relation to LiquidMetal, sort of always in the background

I just looked up Crucible Intellectual Properties LLC and it still exists even though the formal arrangement with Apple went away in 2016. Apple covers the legal fees associated with keeping the patents active and handles all the legal aspects of keeping it alive. Maybe more but who knows.

Remember back when we sued to protect the technology (Kang, I think) and all of a sudden, out of the blue we had a first class legal team that also did work for Apple…do you believe in coincidences?

The State Department uses “back channel communications” handle things like this.
