Here is the bigger question.
The latest 10Q states: Potentially dilutive securities = approx. 570,000,000 shares
Currently there are 1.46 Billion outstanding with only 1.7 Billion shares authorized! (only 230,000,000 shares away
That seems to put them already over by about 330 Million shares. Weird...
Will they do a big (third) reverse split or increase the authorized shares to 3 Billion and keep selling shares at 22 cents?


Interesting footnote on page 13 for some of the potentially dilutive options:
183 million of the 283 million stock options are subject to agreements (the “Blocker Letter Agreements”) under which they are subject to a restriction that the options may only be exercised if the Company has sufficient authorized shares available for issuance.


Shareholders should be prepared for either a reverse split or increase in outstanding shares.
Current market cap, FULLY DILUTED is really about ---- $440,000,000.00 without an approved product or any substantial sales in sight.
