No outstanding share increase for one month? That is hard to believe but if true could perhaps indicate that together with funds at NWBO's disposal, the recent $ 3.9M loan was intended to carry NWBO until approval without further share dilution.
As of last OTC report there are 1,468,540,232 shares out. Likely a few days stale. That would be 20M more than the June 25 number.

More importantly, this "it was the last financing" story has been played a few thousand times over the last 10 years on this message board. Started in 2016.
