I see that Linda has changed the wording regarding the $1M revenue promise for Fiscal 2025!

The wording from the 6-month 2nd Quarter Q found on Page 29 of the filing:

Therefore the 2025 milestone remains conservative compared to the years following as the revenues follow development testing and market readiness in first quarter of 2025. But even with the truncated revenue period remaining, Digital Clarity confidently has forecast over $1 million in revenue for this fiscal year ending August 31, 2025. As stated in the 10-K outlook, 2025 will be DBMM’s “best year ever.”

Now look at how that same section is worded here in the latest 9-month 3rd quarter 10Q on page 29:

I wonder what little ploy she's got up her sleeve now??? My guess is that she will announce some sort of "contract" in the next six weeks which talks about some sort of large "promised" amount somewhere along the way. The she can sit back and trumpet that to the moon and back, while chanting "told you so".

Just remember - you heard about and saw her subterfuge start HERE! She always quoted REVENUE in her statements, not "contracts". "Promised" contracts mean very little! If it's not recorded as ACTUAL REVENUE, it means JACK!!!

Think back to all the things promised in regard to the "partnership" with 1ovmany! That was going to help DBMM so much! Yet what actually happened? The "partnership" only lasted THREE MONTHS, and 1ovmany went BK and disappeared!

You can be sure that any "contractual agreements" made in regard to this $1M figure will be EYEWASH. I have no doubt that some grand announcement will be made somewhere along the way in the next six weeks and then? It will eventually fade away, never to be heard of again!

Just wait and see! She will use it as the next "PUMP" and then it will eventually DUMP, as nothing comes of it.
