They are not splitting.. the only one that benefits from a split is the shorts to give them room to actually buy back shares.. The company (speaking directly to the CFO) has no plans to split whatsoever.

As for the extra shares, it is not Mexemdia or Telvantis selling shares. I am sure Jacob (the former CEO and biggest crook of all time) and his cronies are the ones who are selling while there is enough volume at these levels to get out of their millions of shares.
