Look at this chart. There is a clear uptrending channel we are in at the moment if you draw lines in your head along the tops and bottoms in the channel you can see the pattern.

People are trading within this channel. This works well until an announcement comes out about the rock samples and then anybody low on shares having traded a parcel, watches the leg up leave them in the dust.
