What was the date of that 10K? Did the language used in the 10-K reflect a retrospective summary of NWBO’s activities during FY 2024? When it stated they’ve “been holding off,” was this written in the past tense or present/future tense? Does it imply that throughout 2024, they were in a kind of strategic pause—waiting on regulatory feedback before moving forward with Flaskworks Eden fabrication or does it imply that NWBO "will hold off" in 2025? Get where I am going?

The wording didn’t say “will hold off” or “plan to hold off,” which would signal future intent. Instead, it pointed to what transpired during the reporting period, fy 2024.

Also, you didn't post the entire sentence... just the sliver that fits your narrative. Actually, the entire sentence supports my position and refutes yours. Here's the complete sentence: The Company has been holding off on proceeding with the fabrication of the Flaskworks system until regulatory feedback is received. So however, you interpret "when" NWBO was holding off, it was only 'until' regulatory feedback was received, right?

My contention is that in fy2024, NWBO held off on the Flaskworks implementation until MHRA was ready. The SI 2005 No. 87-- POC Manufacturing licensing framework is the public 'ready' signal. It is an undeniable indication that regulatory feedback was given to NWBO and received. MHRA and NWBO are ready now... for sure!!!!!

The expansion of DCVax-L's indication to cancer and the new POC manufacturing licensing framework that fits DCVax-L like a glove AND aligns with no other company in the NHS/MHRA pipeline supports my position: The delay is due to the implementation of Flaskworks/Eden.
