Why would Sharp file a Form 15 only to withdraw it? Sharp isn't saving any money.

In an effort to save over $80,000/year in auditing & legal costs, $SRNW has elected to file a Form 15 with the SEC to suspend its reporting obligations, until a suitable merger candidate has been found. The company will continue trading as Pink Current

If he withdraws the Form 15 - how how he saved money.

$SRNW has been temporarily downgraded to OTC Pink Limited while our application to submit financials through OTC's disclosure service is processed

Sharp dragging his feet and teasing shareholders along the way. Why not keep reporting to the SEC because an Audit isn't due until 90 days after 12/31/2025? Does Sharp not have a merger candidate lined up for 2025?
