Why is this not good?

It's what should have been expected all along.

The problem is pumpers lying about NWBO always having some secret way to skirt the process. So now this news, which should just be standard operating procedure, comes across as "bad news" because the 'pumpers' shaped it that way. I told you all this is how the process works months and months ago.

Again, folks, beware the wolves in sheep's' clothing. You all just think I'm the bad guy. When really, I just tell you, factually, how the process works.
