Most everyone is getting paid because of your shares, not FOR your shares. You keep your shares as they are worthless, the company is gone, bankrupt, liquidated, extinguished. BioAmber is DEAD and has been for almost (7) SEVEN YEARS
I do not see how this is completed for this Thursday or Friday. I can see how the majority is done but there are a few shareholders that have never said negative words about this company that have yet to be contacted. I forwarded everything I received. Over 2 dozen have been confirmed paid and scores more have been contacted either directly or through their brokerages. I suspect this hits overdrive during the next 5 days finishing the processing of payments either directly or through brokerages. Why through brokerages is above my pay grade
I do expect there will be a phone number released by The Venus settlement this week for legitimate BioAmber shareholders to call with any questions. Tax advice will not be given out
