Just to give one example of the lack of credibility to this anonymously sourced short attack, the author refers to the allegations brought against Anavex's Rett results as support for expecting an EMA disapproval of the AD MAA.
First, Anavex is not submitting, and the EMA is not reviewing, Rett results for purposes of an AD MAA. It is outside the scope of the review.
Second, allegations are proof of nothing. For all we know, that lawsuit could have been, and likely was, ginned up by the same interests who are anonymously publishing this new attack on the stock.
Third, the author does not acknowledge that the Rett allegations he is relying upon in this "report" have been dismissed with prejudice by the court, i.e., they were found to be meritless and the case relying upon them is now as dead as Monty Python's parrot.
