beartrap12, Slave is correct in there is no infringement without commercialization. (No harm no foul) You can trial all you want (safe harbor per George Bailey). But start selling a product is when infringement potentially starts. Overall, I see the trials with Merck and Roswell Park as a positive knowing Roswell Park has a relationship with both NWBO and Merck.
