JT, that recent $3.9M loan would only carry NWBO's normal
expenditures for about 3 weeks. If I correctly recall, the
last dilution posted was for July 1 and it was approximately
a little over 1.3 Million shares, That would cover NWBO for at most
a few days. Since that time (Julyt 1), I did not see any dilution news.

If there has been little or no dilution since then (July 1), I
would say that this would be good news and maybe we are
close. However, if the dilution has been substantial since then,
all bets are off..
