I suspect that if she absolutely had to, she'd run the count right up to the 1.7

billion share limit, but hopefully the financing she did prevents dilution at least for a short while.

I believe the Annual Meeting will come after UK approval and investors will be willing to raise the authorized shares to whatever is requested at that time.

The attitudes here will be much different once we're at over $1 again.
