Anavex has hired Washington Lobbyist!

Following up here for anyone else that may have been wondering who joined Nell Rebowe in the meeting with Congressman Cuellar on May 22nd. After some digging, it looks like Anavex has retained Forbes Tate Partners for their Capital Hill lobbying efforts.
Based on the pictures released by Cuellar, in attendance at that meeting were Founding Partner-Jeffrey Forbes, Partner-Barrett Thornhill, and Senior VP-Rich Lopez. An annotated photo is attached for reference.
Also below are some links to related, required lobbyist disclosure forms, including initial registration and a payment disclosure (note these are filed quarterly, so activities around the May Capital Hill meetings aren't covered within). Nice to see Anavex taking this proactive step.

I certainly wish we knew more about the advocacy in Washington. All signs point towards positioning for some sort of accelerated approval post-EMA approval.
All IMO, very little concrete evidence ATT.
Speaking of strategic positions, SIGMA1Europe is likely to contribute significantly towards clinical acceptance of Blarcamesine's MOA once available to the masses. Not that the MOA really 'needs' to be accepted... due to safety monitoring requirements, most of Europe will quickly adopt a once a day pill.
