But 7 people in the UK die every day while they "control the moment." Controlling the moment seems, on its face, like bureaucracy at work for bureaucracy's sake. I would think MHRA and Parliament would be more concerned with getting a safe and effective cure for brain cancer to the people. Especially in a country with one of the worst death rates in the greater EU area.
