LP was seen bending over backwards at the recent dilution negotiation. She wanted .25, but the financier didn’t want to pay more than .22 for the millions of the shares. That too, on condition of a mini pump so they can dump these shares as soon as possible to bag holders for a quick 10-15% return.

Big pharma execs ran as far and as fast as they could from LP and the exec team when she invited them to TLD presentation in May 2022. The result is that LP is now forced to bend over backwards every few weeks in front of a shady financier. And these guys squeeze the hell out of LP.
